New Chapter HI Services has been in business since 2013. NCHI has provides a range of services to homeowners, property managers, real estate brokers, city and local governments across Massachusetts, and contracts with the U.S. Federal Government.

Our projects are meticulously planned and thoroughly executed – from our first customer contact to our final clean-up. We ensure delivery of an excellent experience at a reasonable rate – on time, every time!

Our employees are highly skilled craftsmen. They are professional, energetic, and courteous. They are well versed at carrying out various odd jobs, ALL major and minor repairs within & outside the home. We also work with highly vetted and experienced subcontractors, depending on the scope of the project.

The duration varies depending on the scale and size of the project. Our average project scopes range between 3 to 5 business days. 

This depends on the project size. The payment for a project that is estimated to take less than 3 business days will be paid once the project is completed. The payment for a project that is estimated to take more than 3  business days will be broken into 1/3.

The amount will be paid in three (3) payments:

  • First Payment, due at the signing of the Agreement / or start of the job.

  • Second Payment due at Half Completion

  • Final Payment is due on the day work is completed.

We offer a 5% discount to senior citizens over 65 years old. If you refer a customer to us and the job is booked, you will receive a $25 gift card.

We focus on top-quality craftsmanship, customer satisfaction, and affordability. Our goal is to make sure each customer’s experience is pleasant and that they are happy at all stages of the project. We stand behind our work and no project is considered complete until the customer is satisfied.

We accept, check, E check/ Bank transfer, and cash or PayPal.
